Domain Name Transfers:

The transfer request fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Do NOT submit a transfer request if the registration is already expired.
Do NOT submit a transfer request if the registration is less than 60 days old.
Ensure the Admin Contact email address with the current registrar is valid and up to date because the confirmation code for the transfer request is sent to that email address.
The transfer request confirmation code is sent approximately 24 hours after submitting the transfer request. If the Admin Contact has not received the code, please ensure #4 does not apply and contact SUPPORT.
The transfer is not initiated until the request has been authorized/confirmed. A request is confirmed by putting in the confirmation code that is sent to the Admin Contact in "Confirm Transfer" interface of the Domain Management Tool.
The current registrar may reject a transfer request if:
- Number 2 and 3 apply
- The "transfer away confirmation email" sent to the current
Admin contact is not confirmed.
- The domain name is on hold for payment.
- The domain is in dispute
